Aryna Tsytlianok

Aryna Tsytlianok is from Minsk, Belarus, and obtained her master’s degree in composition (mentors Roman Ledenev and Yuri Abdokov) at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow. She earned a master’s degree in traverso with Patrick Beukels and organ with Paul De Maeyer at the Ghent School of Arts. As a composer, she won second prize in the ‘International Competition for Young Composers’ (Saint Petersburg) and in July 2021, she was commissioned by The Hallé (Manchester) to compose a piece for large symphonic orchestra, which premiered in October 2021, conducted by Stephen Bell. Aryna teaches organ, harpsichord, and music composition at the music academies of Aalter and Oostende.
