On Saturday, October 19, 2024, Bach Concerts Ghent will celebrate its 50th concert! We will mark this special milestone with an extraordinary jubilee concert, as always at 5 p.m. in the St. Nicholas' Church in Ghent.
Paul De Maeyer (on the organ) and the choir Capella Beatae Mariae ad Lacum (the "CBM choir") under the direction of Rachel Perfecto will give their very best for this special occasion with an all-Bach program. Following the concert, all attendees are warmly invited to a reception.
Tickets are available for purchase online and at the ticket desk from 3 p.m. on the day of the concert. Tickets cost 12 euros for adults, 7 euros for youth (-26), and are free for children under 12. Click the button below to purchase tickets online.
The program will include works like Bach's Toccata, Adagio and Fugue in C major, BWV 564, the Concerto in A minor, BWV 593, after Vivaldi, and various chorales and chorale preludes.
